Hello, Jason here.Today I want to feature an artist who I've been meaning to write a post about since I started writing on this blog but have forgotten about again and again. her name is Simone White, and in June she released her second album, I am the Man, in the U.K.
Simone's songs are often rather simple, with lyrics that could move even Margret Thatcher's stone cold heart. Her voice is one that washes over you like the sunshine, warming you up no matter what she is singing about (even if it's domestic abuse such as "Mary Jane", or serial killers like "Candy Bar Killer").
She's also a rather good photographer.
