The Lodger, all grown up

So The Lodger released Grown-Ups in the US in June, and as usual, I missed it. They're three British chaps with a knack for making familiar-sounding pop along the lines of Hum favorites Walker Kong and Voxtrot. However, I've been told recently by a certain Texan that I need to streamline my music references, so they sound like the freakin' Killers, okay! (not!) ...just kidding. If you're in the UK, The Lodger is playing a show in Leeds on July 28, and a bunch more shows in September.

I think their drummer, Katie, looks a little like Melissa George, who played Lauren Reed (aka evil chick who marries Vaughn) on Alias, is this just me?

I owe a big thank you to my Oberlin buddy Harris for some of the coding and for file-hosting (*hearts Harris*); you can hire him to build your website just because he's that awesome.

I don't know anything about music. In my line [of work] you don't have to.
