update till you drop

Yesterday I posted this dilemma and people had a lot say by my (justified) low standards.
But the correct choice is obvious. Spoon, anyone?

Spoon - The Way We Get By
Buy Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga from Insound

I think this is my favorite Interpol review so far, but I'm still looking.

Due to my Daily Show/ Colbert Report withdrawal, I've been having a hard time forcing myself not to drop any links about Daniel Radcliffe ("Hairy" Potter) being creepy-looking and promiscuous, but I've given up. (Thanks to Go Fug Yourself for making me laugh every day that the Daily Show isn't on).

Whenever YANP posts something like this and casually mentions the record store he works at, I always wonder: Do the people where he works know that he's interviewed Andrew Bird and Sufjan Stevens? (more recently, The Polyphonic Spree’s Tim DeLaughter) Is he the cool kid at work? Is everyone secretly jealous of him? Has he not told them?

The jealousy eats me.

Haha. The people at work know what I do, but I'd say that none of them are really jealous. The funny stuff is when customers are like "hey aren't you that kid with the site..?"

    Love the blog!

I owe a big thank you to my Oberlin buddy Harris for some of the coding and for file-hosting (*hearts Harris*); you can hire him to build your website just because he's that awesome.

I don't know anything about music. In my line [of work] you don't have to.
