I wouldn't say that Green Day is an insul t to punk music, but I wouldn't say that they are punk music, either. They were, for a little while, and then they became something else. Punk as the Pistols knew it is long gone, and all that's left is the word.
Punk rock and Hot Topic cannot co-exist.
I believe I was perusing DC Blogs at the time. VERY true about hot topic - I'm thinking of my cousin in middle school who thinks he's a goth and lives at that store.
